Overview. mycase.in.gov allows you to search by: Case - using case number, citation number OR cross reference number. Party - using a business name OR last name AND at least first, middle or date of birth. Attorney - using attorney number OR last name AND at least first or middle. No search will result in more than 1,000 results.
Search Indiana criminal, citation, civil, family, and probate cases online. Records are available for most county Circuit and Superior Courts, St. Joseph County Probate Court, Marion County Small Claims Courts, many City and Town Courts, and some courts that have been abolished.
MyCase Case Search. This site provides access to information about trial and appellate court cases in Indiana. Nearly all courts in Indiana are included in the database. Cases can be searched by number, name or attorney, and include civil, criminal and other types of cases.
