14 kwi 2021 · With one layer targeted/active and smart guides on and with the move tool selected, simply hold down the cmd/ctrl key and move the mouse to hover over the object in the other layer. No need to move anything or undo!
Use this handy Photoshop keyboard shortcut to see the distance between two objects. First, select any layer from the Layers Panel. Then while the Move Tool is active, hold Ctrl (Windows) Command (macOS) and hover over any other layer on the canvas. The Smart Guides overlays will reveal the distance between the two layers.
19 lut 2013 · Marque tool will give x/y distances in info pane and you can just keystroke 'm' to get to it. Also if measuring guides or sizes it can be set to snap to bounds, etc.
3 maj 2013 · Grab the Ruler Tool (click and hold the Eyedropper Tool) Click on the outer pixel f one layer and drag to the other layer. The preview line should snap to the pixels. Click Record Measurement on the Measurement Panel. The Panel will then display the distance under the Length column.

4 lut 2016 · Simply select the Move tool (v) and when you are hovering over an element press and hold Ctrl. It will show you distance etc. Then you can either use pixels in css or rems etc. Hope this helps!
