Learning the a320 in msfs will not help you become a pilot. Flying is the easy part. Procedures (normal and emergency), aeronautical and systems knowledge, regulations, weather and flight planning are the hard part. But you can use MSFS as a secondary learning tool. I did when I got my PPL.
