Saint Martin's University is a private Benedictine university in Lacey, Washington. It was founded in 1895 as a boys' boarding school run by monks of the Benedictine Order . Saint Martin's began offering college-level courses in 1900 and became a degree-granting institution in 1940.

Today St. Martin’s is a private, coeducational, Catholic liberal arts University with over 1,500 students engaged in a range of postgraduate and undergraduate courses of study. There are undergraduate degrees available in around 30 areas of study as well as seven graduate programs on offer.
