Ok if you are looking to track a friend or non friend you can imbed a tracker in a myspace message. Now for this one I recomend using one like mixmap that you can set up a tracker just for this message alone, however any tracker will work (make sure its a invisable one).

MixMap lets you display a MySpace visitor map that shows where the latest visitors to your page are located. If visitors are signed into MixMap, their username will be shown along with how many times they've viewed your profile and when they last visited.

If the visitor does not have an account, it will list them as an anonymous user. Today I decided to try MixMap out, seeing it rising in popularity and hearing some things about it.
