anything i need to know before the local 134 test on march 30. been studying for a few weeks now and ive been feeling good about it. any other studying tips i could use or websites for anything? test look similar to the study guide. let me know. thank you and goodluck to yall!!
While you do get an advantage over others, you still need to do very well on the aptitude test and then make it through orientation; which is not what it sounds like. There is also the option to be a trainee where you work for an electrical contractor prior to becoming an apprentice. That can give you a good idea of what things will be like.
134 Trainee here (Like a pre-apprentice program ran through the school where they assign you with a contractor as a helper.) Our program was supposed to last a year but was extended indefinitely due to the closure of the school.
