You have one day from the time of purchase to cancel or change your eTicket for any reason and receive a full refund — including any prepaid fees and Direct Ticketing Charges — with no cancellation fee. Cancel or Refund Your Flight.
You may change your refundable ticket without paying a change fee, provided all fare and ticket rules are met and seats are available. If the ticket price has increased since your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference in price between your original fare to your new fare.
