15 paź 2023 · For APO/FPO/DPO, while carriers such as FedEx and UPS offer delivery to countries where military personnel may be stationed, the USPS is the only carrier that can deliver mail and packages to APO/FPO/DPO locations due to security restrictions.
tl;dr: Dell does ship to APO/FPO/DPO, but their system for doing so sucks and they're unable to provide tracking info. I'm posting this because neither Dell's website nor their own support employees know how they ship.
