An "access denied" error is sometimes due to a restrictive Windows setting. Something to try is to navigate to where you have VxAce installed, find and right-click on the RPGVXAce.exe , select Properties then on the Compatibility tab check the box for the option to "Run this program as an administrator", then OK it.

For some reason, whenever I try to boot RPG Maker MV up, it just tells me that "Access Is Denied", could someone help me with this?
14 cze 2024 · At the moment, the support site appears to generate intermittent "Access denied" messages. It may be fixed after the weekend. Microsoft does not actively monitor these forums.
31 sie 1999 · RPGnet has taken new password security measures. If you're being prompted for 2 Factor Authentication, but didn't turn it on directly, it's probably because your password is common or otherwise easily guessed.
I want to install some mods for a new playthrough but I keep getting this error shown in the image below. I followed everything this person said to do in their video but I still can't seem to figure out this "access denied" problem.
