Another person at the airport stated same. This meant paying check in fee £105 ,at counter. They weighed and sized tge bags wrong, another £63.

Online checkin is hell with you! First, be informed that some EU IDs do NOT have a issue date — a mandatory field in your form. Fix it, damn it! Second, I was unable to enter my phone (another mandatory field) on a second checkin due to having this number already registered with "another passenger".

If a refund to a WIZZ Account is requested, all flights for all passengers included in the reservation will be cancelled and become invalid. After voluntary cancellation is performed online and WIZZ Account credit is requested, this process is irreversible and no further modification is possible.
