I see online the following information: Membership year ends: 08 Jan 2014 Card expiry date: 28 Feb 2014 For me, it is not clear what this information refers too, or whether it informs me of when my miles expire. Or do they expire?

24 wrz 2015 · Look at your last transaction, add three years that is your answer. I believe giving a date would mislead people into thinking they expire. Avios don't expire at all - as long as you remain an active member, don't go three years without activity.
