Solved. I am currently experiencing with "lag spike" while flying with elytra, my pc specs: i5 10400f. 16gb ddr4 3200mhz (allocated 4gb of ram in minecraft, tried 8gb but it wont fix) rtx 3060 12gb. I am using fabric loader to load mods for frames optimisation and here is the mod list.
