Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Level Airlines. We booked our flight through Iberia, which was operated by Level Airlines, and it was by far the worst airline experience I've ever had. Iberia told us that our One World benefits applied with Level, but to our surprise, we had to pay for additional baggage and other costs.

Trying to book a flight today, I realized that the voucher does not work, even though it is still supposed to be valid. Worried, I tried to contact the company by the chat.
30 sty 2019 · When I tried to make a claim to LEVEL, they denied all responsibilities and did not once address their faulty eticket. LEVEL is a scam and I hope this warns everyone from flying with them in the future.
The most aggravating part of the in-flight experience was what the "full flight" package actually included — just 200MB of internet. For a 12-hour flight, I would have expected at least 10x that amount, especially given the steep prices! After 30 minutes of use, I'd only had 95MB left.

Absolutely the worst. Made our booking over 2 months ago for the 4th of April. 2 weeks before the flight, it was cancelled. I spent approx 3-4 hours online and on the phone trying to rebook a later flight, but Level had cancelled the same routes on subsequent days.
I find it reprehensible that Level is refusing to cancel this flight, AND offer a flight credit OR a refund. This “our hands are tied, we can’t help you” approach is 100% bull. This is either is the most ridiculous, inflexible policy EVER or just a really, really well-thought out scam.
