22 cze 2020 · Third, you may have threaded the machine wrong, set the tension too tight or set the stitch length to 0. That covers most thread issue and just re-thread the machine, reset the tension and stitch length to get out of that predicament.
If the upper or lower thread tension is too loose or too tight, it can result in uneven stitches, thread breakage, or puckering. To fix this problem, check the threading of the machine, and make sure that the thread is properly seated in the tension discs.
3 lip 2012 · Consumer machine made entredeux was stitched over the shoulder seam. Note that commercial entredeux was used at the neckline for the extra strength needed for an active child’s garment. Note also that the entredeux is stitched with yellow yellow 80 wt. Madeira Cotona thread. This is the yoke to my granddaughter’s Easter dress.
8 mar 2012 · I use a 110/18 Wing needle, and the stitch I prefer is the entredeux stitch pattern (check in your sewing machine manual to see if your model includes this stitch). If your machine does not have it, try using the venetian, daisy, zigzag, or triple zigzag.
9 mar 2019 · I recently purchased a Janome MC 200 and spent 4 months trying to get a decent zigzag stitch on a knit fabric. I had much the same experience as you. Finally, I sent it to my local sewing machine repair shop explaining the problem with sewing knits.
