Fabric & Stitch Settings (Janome JW8100) I had started this reference page as I familiarized myself with my Janome JW8100. I began a list of the fabrics I’ve sewn and the settings I used to sew them, but it fizzled out after about 6 line items.
8 mar 2012 · Hi Kathy – The entredeux stitch on the BERNINA 830 is #724, found in the Heirloom Stitch menu. I’d suggest using it with the 7 Groove Pintuck Foot #32 or Open Embroidery Foot #20 as Charlene does.

Also, the fabric should almost always be starched and pressed before it is sewn. 1. Do not trim the entredeux. Place the entredeux and fabric right sides together, with raw edges even.
3 lip 2012 · Wing needle entredeux is stitched over 11″ sleeve gathered to 5 1/2″. Entredeux is also stitched along the sleeve edge. The 1/2″ excess fabric was trimmed away and then the lace was butted to the entredeux and joined with a zig zag.

The serpentine stitch adds quilted waves to your quilt and is a good one to use if you want to soften a very angular quilt. Vary the stitch width to create a wider serpentine stitch. This is also a great stitch to use for water/ocean-themed quilts.
