3 lip 2012 · Consumer machine made entredeux was stitched over the shoulder seam. Note that commercial entredeux was used at the neckline for the extra strength needed for an active child’s garment. Note also that the entredeux is stitched with yellow yellow 80 wt. Madeira Cotona thread. This is the yoke to my granddaughter’s Easter dress.
8 mar 2012 · Hi Kathy – The entredeux stitch on the BERNINA 830 is #724, found in the Heirloom Stitch menu. I’d suggest using it with the 7 Groove Pintuck Foot #32 or Open Embroidery Foot #20 as Charlene does.

Generally you want something that gives with the stretch of the fabric which is why a basic stitch (like my go to 01 stitch won’t work). You can use twin needles to finish your sewing, and the lightening stitch, number 06, is a popular one.
3 cze 2014 · Stitch a tiny zigzag (L and W=1.0) from the right side so that one needle swing goes into the "ditch" right next to the "ladder" of the entredeux, and the other needle swing just catches the fold of the fabric. Starch and press one more time.

When sewn, entredeux joins two pieces of fabric, lace, or whatever else you want to join.
