If you know your username and password, you can log in to MyVWCC by going to https://vw.my.vccs.edu. If you are unable to locate your username or reset your password by following these directions, please call the Help Desk at 540-857-7354 for assistance.
How do I access Canvas? 1. Click MyVWCC in the navigation above from this or any page of Virginia Western’s website. 2. Sign in using your MyVWCC username and password. (This information is emailed to your student email account after you’ve completed the Application for Admission .) 3. Find and click on the Canvas tile to access the Canvas app.

The MySouthwest System is for use by students of Southwest to: access the NAVIGATE system for advising and course selection, access to your college email account, CANVAS (course assignments and materials), and your Student Accounts (registration, financial aid & personal information)
Canvas for Students. Canvas is a course management system that is maintained by the Virginia Community College System. It allows you to access your course assignments, course announcements, and discuss course issues via the course discussion board.
NOVA’s Student Information System (SIS) is your central source for accessing all your essential student information. SIS gives you the ability to search and register for classes, drop a class, access your records, make payments and manage your personal information. To access SIS, login to myNOVA and select SIS: Student Information System.
