9 wrz 2023 · Rather frustratingly, and a reflection of American’s poor IT, you can only request a mileage upgrade with AAdvantage miles by phone. There are two ways you can go about this: You can book your ticket online, and once the reservation is ticketed, you can call American to request a mileage upgrade
