If you don't see a refund option in your account, you can contact customer service via the chat feature on the Travelocity website. Look for the blue Help icon anywhere on the page and follow these steps: Choose Cancel booking. Type in the email address linked to your booking. Provide necessary info.
I should be receiving a refund of $496 * 2 (nights removed from my reservation) + [$496-$451] * 8 (difference between 3 adults and 2 adults+1 kid) = $1,352. Math aside, I've had no luck over the phone or via email (where I was just told that I'd need to call to get a refund processed).
