Does anyone have any recent reviews for booking with Travelocity? Any problems, complaints, compliments. This will be our first time booking a trip to Cancun with them and want to make sure they stand behind their product.
I've used Travelocity for ~15 years (e.g. since soon after its founding), for information, and (occasionally) to book air tickets, hotels, and cars. I have mostly had no difficulties with them (or, mostly, with Orbitz). The problems were peeves, not disasters - not worth repeating here.
Also, many flights within say Europe do not allow prebooking of specific seats until check in. But then again I see airlines like Flybe allowing you to pay the fee for seat selection. Try a test run on Expedia without fully booking. Select your flights, enter the names and then you should have the option of selcting seats.

121 reviews. 36 helpful votes. Travelocity is horrible! 8 years ago. I use to love travelocity. Not now!! We booked 4 months in advance for a trip. The airline changed our flight that didn't work for us. We called the number that was provided for us to call. We were on hold for over an hour.
