The Official Zoning Map is on file with the Town Clerk and maintained by the Planning, Zoning & Subdivision Administrator at the Spencer Town Hall in accordance with G.S. 160A-77 and G.S. 160A-78.
Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any of the aforesaid districts, as shown on the zoning map, the following rules shall apply: (A) Where the district boundaries are indicated as approximately following street, alley or highway lines, the lines shall be construed to be the boundaries.
