21 lip 2023 · It can be tough to find a parking spot in Bibury and so I recommend going there first for that very reason. We parked a little further out and walked in (around 10 minutes). There’s a free car park in Burford at the lower end of the town set next to the river Windrush.

Where to park: The car park in Bourton-on-the-Water is located on the High Street, as you come from the main A429 road. Parking here is free but limited to one and a half hours. Alternatively, check out the Station Road Car Park, which costs £3/day.
