26 maj 2024 · Option 1 – Cotswolds by car. The Cotswolds are in (my opinion) best explored by car (though parking can be an issue during the summer) as public transport options are limited. There are excellent links to the area via the national motorway network and the M4, M5 and M40. The Cotswolds are located about 100 miles outside of London.
Great way to tour the Cotswolds. “Peter developed a perfect itinerary for us to see a good amount of the Cotswolds (and Stonehenge!) in one day. Picked us up in London, dropped us at a lovely hotel in Chipping Campden, then we spent the next day touring with him.
