We strongly recommend that passengers travelling in Sleeper Plus Class to check in at the VIA ticket counter (or the Business lounge) in the VIA station of their departure city at least 90 minutes prior to departure and to call VIA Rail the day of departure to inquire about possible delays in departure time.
