Every week I get the "not payable at this time" after I file my claim. I cannot get in touch with an actual person at all. When i call the automated message says please call back next business day or that my call cannot be dialed at this time. Has anyone had luck with getting through to a person.
My time slot is at 8:30 AM, which is correct according to their time schedule, yet the system won't let me through. It says: "You are not accessing the system at your scheduled time". Help!
