You copy PowerPoint pictures to your Word on your laptop, everything works well, but when you transfer to the Ipad, there is a problem that the pictures are displayed incorrectly. First of all, make sure that the Ipad and your Mac has been updated to the latest version:

• You can insert a graphic by selecting your graphic (not your whole slide) and Paste Special into Word but the file will not be editable. • You can save your PowerPoint graphic as a jpg, tiff, gif, png and choose “Insert/Picture/From File…”

If you single click the format painter (on the home ribbon, usually under the Cut and Copy buttons), you can "paint" the format onto one image elsewhere in the document. If you double click the format painter, it will "hold" the style and you can select multiple images one at a time to format them.
