10 lip 2018 · Sportsman Boat Issues. I recently bought a 2018 Sportsman Heritage 23ft. Tons of issues out of the gate. Granted I believe alot of them fall on the dealership. Even though I have the following issues I still love the boat and it is under warranty.
I happen to live right down the street from the Sportsman factory so I took a tour and the stuff they use to bond the stringers to the hull isn't a "glue" as much as it is a "chemical weld." The hull would shatter around the bond before it came loose.
17 lut 2021 · The differences that I see is that the Sportsman is 1200 lbs lighter but has a half tower upgrade. I will use the boat for both offshore trolling and family snorkeling and dinner trips in the keys. This would become my every day boat.
