I have almost always had great experience with Southwest Airlines. Great rewards program. Good flight experiences (except for weather delays that affect all airlines). Lack of extra fees for flight changes and baggage. Friendly staff. A couple of caveats: They never seem to have direct flights to anywhere I want to go. The Internet is often down.
