Try the Palomar Hotel (Mockingbird and 75), W Hotel in Victory Center, Za Za (uptown), or Magnolia (Downtown). Dallas is a driving city, so you would need to drive to Smirnoff or arrange transport.
Yes, you do NOT want to stay close to the Smirnoff Music Center, as it is in a BAD part of Dallas. (Actually, I don't think there even are any hotels nearby...that should tell you something!)
