2 paź 2020 · If the Tesla radio (Slacker based) does not work you may have to open a service request with the Tesla Service Center via the Tesla App. The Service Center can forward a request to the Mother Ship to reset your Tesla account. You should then be able to listen to the Tesla radio.

10 lis 2021 · Model 3: User Interface. Anyone have any issues with Slacker radio? I keep getting a log in page and nothing let’s me get past is.
21 mar 2016 · Signed up for premium again and slacker would not get past login screen. Waited a few days and still won’t work. Held the 2 steering wheel buttons to reboot and after that immediately started to work.
30 lis 2023 · If you already have a Slacker Radio account, log in using your username and password. Once you are logged in, you can access all the features of Slacker Radio on your Tesla. Slacker Radio is integrated with Tesla’s Premium Connectivity package.
When I press the Slacker button i'm prompted to enter a username and password which I do not have, so I press the "use tesla account" button and nothing happens it spins for a moment then goes back to the login page.
14 kwi 2018 · To use your own Slacker Plus or Premium account instead, scroll to the bottom of the Streaming source, enter your credentials, touch Use High Bitrateto stream higher quality sound (if your Model 3 is equipped with the optional Ultra High Fidelity Sound package), and then touchLOGIN.
By default, it automatically uses a generic Tesla account; from what I have read, Model S/X users can get their Tesla Slacker credentials, but Model 3/Y users cannot. On a Model S/X, apparently yes. For Model 3/Y owners, you have to set up your Slacker account separately, then enter your credentials into the car to access premium Slacker features.
