2 paź 2020 · If the Tesla radio (Slacker based) does not work you may have to open a service request with the Tesla Service Center via the Tesla App. The Service Center can forward a request to the Mother Ship to reset your Tesla account. You should then be able to listen to the Tesla radio.

21 mar 2016 · Signed up for premium again and slacker would not get past login screen. Waited a few days and still won’t work. Held the 2 steering wheel buttons to reboot and after that immediately started to work.
30 lis 2023 · Follow the on-screen instructions to link your account. If you already have a Slacker Radio account, log in using your username and password. Once you are logged in, you can access all the features of Slacker Radio on your Tesla. Slacker Radio is integrated with Tesla’s Premium Connectivity package.
When I press the Slacker button i'm prompted to enter a username and password which I do not have, so I press the "use tesla account" button and nothing happens it spins for a moment then goes back to the login page.
14 kwi 2018 · Tesla provides the option to log into a persona so that, if you were using Slacker prior to owning a Tesla, you can have access to all your previous ratings and station settings without having to set up a new account.
10 gru 2020 · Here is what I did to restore the default slacker account: Log into your Tesla Account. Click on the MANAGE button underneath your car / VIN. Click on the “ Details ” text underneath your car / VIN. Click on the “ Renew ” text next to Premium Connectivity.
