  1. For search engine, Google Flights to explore price then Skyscanner once you have an idea of cities/countries you want to fly into. Canadas a big country and prices will reaaaaally vary depending on where you’re leaving from. Generally though, London and Dublin will be the cheapest.

  2. Google flights tells me what routes to Europe are cheaper. Just explore Toronto to anywhere and see what's cheap. Then hit up Skyscanner and compare. Then CheapFlights.ca. Select "all nearby airports" so you see all the flights from cheaper regional airports as opposed to big city ones only like Toronto or Montreal.

  3. Search canada --> Europe or your aiport to Europe and see the currently bookable best deals. Free version does that for Economy flights, paid for Biz. Reply reply

  4. To get truly cheap flights you either have to be flexible on dates, be subscribed to something like Scott’s Cheap Flights that emails you mistake fares, be willing to leave from a different airport, or use credit card/airline points.

  5. First I would look into a free deal finding app like Secret Flying so you are aware of limited time deals. There is plenty of websites and blogs that should serve your home airport. I prefer Google Flights to Skyscanner for doing searches.

  6. Skyscanner vs Google Flights in Europe? Which is better for picking cheap EU flights? I live in the UK and never leave the continent. I've always used Skyscanner previously but it seems everyone here uses Google Flights and after playing around with it a little bit I can kinda see why.

  7. I live in Canada, but fly a lot to Europe as I have family there. When looking at round-trip flights from Montreal to, say, Copenhagen and back (YUL - CPH - YUL), they are always 30-50% more expensive than the EXACT SAME flight going the opposite direction (CPH - YUL - CPH).
