Online ID verification is provided by a third-party verification service that works on our behalf to verify an individual’s affiliations (SheerID). ID verification may be instantaneous (may take up to 20 minutes), in which case the discount can be used immediately online or in store upon confirmation of your identity by SheerID.
How to verify your account online: Go to lululemon's Military and First Responder page and click "verify". From there you'll verify your ID through SheerID. Once it's approved (may take a few minutes) your account will update with the discount on your profile and as a toggle on the checkout page. Troubleshooting:

To join Sweat Collective, you will need to get verified via our integrated SheerID digital verification system. Once you’ve been verified, your 25% off will be activated on your lululemon account within 1 day so you can start shopping online or in store.
