I have previously submitted my military orders to their SheerID portal and had no problems, but I keep getting an "Unknown Error" message. I tried the always unhelpful Chat option, and the person closed the chat on me in less than 5 minutes when I explained the SheerID portal wasn't working.
SheerID verified me, but when trying to apply the discount at checkout, Ikon still says it's not able to verify me. Something must be broken between the two sites right now.
