28 kwi 2019 · First of all you want to get the Velocity of the seat. Then you want the Magnitude property of this as it will tell you the total speed of the seat. I’m pretty sure that this is how it works internally although I could be wrong.
The VehicleSeat objects welds a player to the seat when the player touches the seat. It then forwards the movement keys to any connected motor joints, allowing control of a vehicle. While VehicleSeats are great for making simple vehicles they do have some limitations.

13 gru 2022 · I’m working on a cart ride and i’m using a vehicle seat. I noticed the throttle going up really fast. What i want to achieve is basically the car starting to move but then taking some time to get to maximum speed. How can i achieve this with VehicleSeats? Thanks in advance!

8 sie 2023 · It depends on the context of your game - if you’re aiming to recreate games such as Bus Simulator, just give the wheels a simple rotation animation and make the environment move. If you want to make it drive straight for a game that isn’t Bus Simulator, I’m not sure - maybe you can use a method in the module script to drive it?
