15 lip 2021 · I made a wall jump and wall slide system and figured it out. Last night I made the slide system. That was pretty easy. All you need to do is make a Body Velocity. That slows the player down while falling or jumping. It makes the player slower while touching the wall.
14 maj 2024 · Performing a wall slide would mean the player would have to be in the air. You can add an if statement to check for this. You would also have to make sure there is a wall in front of your character so casting a short-distance ray from of the front of your character would do.
16 maj 2021 · Cast an extra ray above the ray (Maybe where the head area is) you’re already casting, and if it doesn’t return a wall, then that means you’ve reached the top of the wall. Vica versa for if you’re below the part.
