16 gru 2020 · Over a dozen attempts were made on laptop and cellphone to pay for the trip with my credit, and none were successful. Customer service (text) was no help. My flights became unavailable and more expensive during the 3 hours that I had to spend dealing with this.
23 kwi 2024 · When I contacted Spirit customer service I was told there was nothing they could do. They did not admit any wrongdoing. So I filed a complaint with the BBB, which did nothing to help.
13 kwi 2023 · This airlines has some bad reviews and was making me wonder if I should book and let me tell you I’m soooo happy I did. There prices are very reasonable and the service was grand. I’m so glad I took a chance.
