9 lut 2021 · Reviewed February 9, 2021. Terrible Website, and broken booking system. The website is difficult to navigate and breaks or glitches often. If you want to easily browse flight options forget it, you'll get stuck on dead end pages with no option but to start your search over.
Question. The website has been absolutely horrendous for the last month or so. We managed to book a flight through the mobile app and while it shows in the app, it doesn't show on my Spirit account on the web version. No email with the confirmation, but the payment went through. What gives?
