I have so many problems entering/updating information on frontier website: My known traveller number is old - it has my old PreCheck number, but now I have Global Entry. If I go to "Travel Preferences" try and remove it or update it, I just get "We encountered an error processing your request.
28 gru 2023 · FYI, it's currently impossible if you're trying to book a flight with DEN right now. Keep getting: ERROR Passenger information is inadequate for selected flights. have to live chat with an agent to book. Agent said it's only for people booking DEN flights.
Honestly their website always has issues. I have NEVER purchased tickets on the site. I have to call Customer Service put them on speaker while I do other things. 3 hrs later I get a rep who I can’t understand.
