Booked a roundtrip flight and received a one-way trip. Contacted them and they said it was 50-dollar one-time fee even though i could purchase insurance and the airline had issued the money back to Priceline. The airline said they are the worst!
I called Priceline within in 5 minutes and they told me they could not change or cancel my reservation. A company that makes it nearly impossible to find a customer service phone number is one you should beware of.
