Legit. But just now they've written me back about the last two things I sent in and their claims and photos are nonsense. This is feeling like a scam. 3 out of 3 times, they've made one offer and then slashed it to a third of the original offer once they'd made me wait.

I bought a new computer from Costco.com and started a trade in with Phobios. The trade in went horribly wrong, and they returned a damaged computer to me. CS at Phobios is a black hole of nothingness.
Simple process and was credited for the quoted amount, through Costco Trade-in program. Dollar value offered was lower than what I was quoted by Apple but having the convenience of using my credit at Costco (where purchased the upgrade) made it worth using Phobio.
