City Parking Violation Ticket Payments. The Chamberlain's Office accepts payments of tickets issued for parking violations within the City of Ithaca. The Visitor Lot is reserved for Ithaca College guests who are visiting the campus. Students, faculty and staff are not permitted to park in this lot, and may be ticketed or towed form campus at the owner’s expense. Office of Admission guests may park in designated spaces in P-Lot or the Visitor Lot.
