1. To recall a ticket on MLB Ballpark app, tap the Tickets tab at the bottom of your screen. 2. Next, tap on the game you would like to recall tickets from. 3. Tap on the “Recall” button. 4. You will receive a notification informing you that the ticket will be returned to your account. Tap “Yes.”
Self-Service Online Future Ticket Exchange Program: Exchanges are available exclusively online via your My Mets Tickets account. Exchanges cannot be completed over the phone, by mail, by e-mail or at the Citi Field Ticket Windows.
I’ve been trying to contact the Mets ticket office for nearly 3 days now. Every time I call I am told that the ticket office is closed and the voicemail box is full. Does anyone know the hours that the ticket office is open or have any idea of a another way to exchange tickets? Any help much appreciated!
Customer Support Hours. Monday through Saturday 12 p.m. to Midnight ET. Sunday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Customer Support remains open until the conclusion of the last game each day. Customer Support will remain closed on the following days: November 5th, 2024. Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Accounts that wish to receive a refund instead of a credit for tickets to impacted games originally scheduled from April 2 through April 5 can submit an online request via their My Mets Tickets account beginning on Thursday, March 3 at 10 a.m. Refund requests for impacted games can be submitted until October 31, 2022.
