Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.

7 mar 2021 · This program is borderline fraudulent. It's nearly impossible to use your miles for flights. There are a couple of economy flights available, but you don't get to choose the dates. There are plenty of better programs out there, in fact, any other program is better.
