For anyone reading this in 2022, Word can do this without another app or website. File > Open, then navigate to and select the PDF. On Windows, you may get a pop up or be prompted to “enable editing”. Only works on true PDFs not scanned images; I haven’t had to try it with any image PDFs that have had OCR applied.

If you're using a more modern edition of Word (I think from 2013 onwards) you can do so in the same program. Just go to "Save As" and change the filetype (.docx) to PDF. Word will export it to PDF itself.

I see that LH have retired the Meilenrechner ( https://meilenrechner.de) for calculating miles earning and put a new calculator in the Miles and More app. The new calculator has to gather a lot of information to accurately work out earning.
The mileage calculation takes into account the ticket price and all the surcharges levied by the Miles & More partner airline. Points are calculated according to the travel class. This information can be found in your booking or on your passenger receipt. If you haven’t actually booked a flight yet, you can enter an estimated price here.
