29 sty 2019 · App store review of Miles and More app. Having used it a couple of times, I'm seeing some inconsistences. Is anyone else noticing these? Can't calculate miles on codeshares correctly. LH9729 BKK-BNE booked on an LH (220) ticket in V class. Actually operated as TG474, and LH/V cross books in to TG/K.
Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.

Miles and More is a scam. This program is a bonus and huge business for Lufthansa but certainly not the customer. I’ve got hundreds of thousands of miles I can never redeem.
