Dear Microsoft, I am using MS Teams for my Educational Classes daily and I have noticed a problem with my Background effects, I can see the option to BLUR and options to Apply more effects but when I apply them, they do not show up, Background is as it is. No change.

9 cze 2021 · I click on the button to open the Background Effects and it loads for a good 3-4 minutes. When the page is finally displayed, I can only select "No Effect" or "Blur". All other images are unselectable* and I cannot add a custom image either.
2 maj 2022 · Possibly yes, Try to fix this by going into the Teams Settings > General > Application and enabling the 'Disable GPU hardware acceleration...', Clear the Teams caches and update the Teams to check the results.

28 maj 2020 · I have been using Teams video for a while, I have been able to blur my background as well as change the background image, however for the last week this is no longer working for me, if I click on the button to blur or change the background, Teams freezes then shuts down.
I can see the options to blur background and the various backgrounds I can choose - including the one in my MS Teams uploads folder. if I go to this However, whatever background option I select it has no effect on changing the background - I still have my normal camera view!
