11 lip 2023 · My system is clean of viruses and malware[ I have done many scans] but the false alerts continue on the right side of whatever windows is open. I tied to kill the browser process but the alert stays even on my desktop. Is there a way to stop notifications in Windows?

No, you should not click those Notifications, those are from a web page in Chrome and are in no way an indication your PC is actually infected. If needs be, you can turn off Notifications from Chrome, in Settings (gear icon on your Start Menu) - System - Notifications and Actions, disable Chrome Notifications.

15 cze 2023 · I have run a full virus scan using the built in Windows virus scanner, No problems reported. Therefore I believe these messages are bogus - but where are they coming from? In Windows settings, "Notifications and actions" says I am getting notifications from "adagurous,com (via Microsoft Edge)".
