12 maj 2023 · This article shares my go-to marathon pace chart both in average pace per mile and average pace per kilometer along with a correlated finishing time. I’ve also covered exactly how you can use it, so even if you’re a beginner you’ll be able to learn how to hit your goal time using this pace chart.
Marathon Pace Chart. These charts show paces, speeds, and splits for marathon finish times from two hours up to eight hours in one-minute increments. Paces/speeds and splits are shown for 5k, 10k and the half way point (i.e. a half marathon). These are average splits and assume even pacing for the entire marathon.
