24 paź 2013 · The national mapping authority Ordnance Survey has used free OS Open Data products to build a virtual version of Great Britain for the popular ‘open world’ building game Minecraft.
It covers an area of 220,000 km and shows pixelated replicas of London, Mount Snowdon, the Outer Hebrides, and the Shetland Islands, among others - all based on real geographic data. Minecraft Map Great Britain requires the full version of Minecraft and includes detailed installation instructions.
